Fred is an accomplished gaming executive with over 18 years hands-on experience competing in major gaming markets, operating in highly taxed jurisdictions, managing large complex properties, racinos and river boats. Fred has international gaming development experience as well. He has a demonstrated track record in casino, management marketing and operations. He is a high-energy, strong, cross-functional leader with excellent communication skills, both analytical and creative, with over 25 years experience in developing, planning and executing business, marketing and performance based strategies. Fred has developed specific business, marketing and performance based programs which, by design, integrate all business programs and strategies. These programs help facilitate the training and guidance of front line managers and front line staff in achieving the desired performance-based operational and service standards which ultimately helps your staff in delivering on your brand promise at every service encounter.

Fred has a high level of competency in developing forecasts and plans to support and meet revenue, expense and profit projections including plans for meeting return on capital expenditure targets - provided hands-on strategic guidance and tactical support to marketing staff and casino operators - assisted key staffers in developing a precise understanding of fair market share and customer metrics which provide the foundation against which the creation, integration, and execution of all marketing programs, short and long term business strategies for growth and profitability are developed - performed tasks that included analyzing, developing and performing to critical business logics such as Employee/HR logic, Market and Branding logic, Customer Metrics/Segmentation logic, Cap-X logic & return on investment (ROI), Product logic, and Operational and Performance logic, etc.

Fred always insured analytical severity was consistently applied to the development, evaluation and evolution of the table game mix and layout, game limits and rules, dealer scheduling, credit philosophy, player development and hosts performance, slot mix, layout and slot hold philosophy and strategy, special events, entertainment, promotions and overall player rewards programs.

Casino Project Development Experience:

Created and directed a casino management and development organization. Responsibilities included identifying and pursuing expansion opportunities through acquisitions, partnerships and ground-up builds in existing and emerging jurisdictions such as Gary Indiana, Mississippi, Australia, New Zealand, Central America, & St. Maarten.
