Represent the property to the Board of Directors or Tribal Council at inter-governmental and legislative meetings.
Responsible for development and execution of systems and strategies that maximize financial performance, operational efficiencies, and the long-term success of the property.
Monitor and ensure compliance with all Federal and State rules and regulations governing gaming operations.
Ensure that the Casino’s Business Plan is adequate, excellent, monitored, updated and properly executed.
Expand market share and set direction for the company to optimize profitability.
Analyze and summarize financial documentation, identify trends, develop solutions, and establish long-range objectives, plans, and policies to improve financial performance.
Represent the Casino to the business community, customers, outside organizations, tribal members, and/or the general public, attend meetings, ceremonies, seminars, and trade shows.
Meet with the Owners, Tribal Council, or Board task committees, and/or tribal government employees requiring Casino information or assistance.

Additional Management Responsibilities:
Directly supervise all key executives including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Administrative Assistant. Indirectly supervise Division Directors.
Recruit, inspire, develop and motivate key staff.
Provide overall direction, coordination, and oversight of a core team of senior-level staff.
Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws and in alignment with Brand Promise and Business Vision.
